These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services operated by 3DX Collections Fabrics, trading as 3DX Ankara Fabrics (“we”, “us”, or “our”), with its principal place of business at 12, Olaleye New Town, Iganmu, Ijora, Lagos, Nigeria. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

Account responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Lawful use. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the operation of the site.
No redistribution. Product photographs, descriptions, and other site content are licensed to you for personal browsing and shopping only. You may not copy, scrape, or republish our content for commercial use without written permission.
Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete delivery and contact information when placing an order.

3. Orders and Payment

Currencies. Our primary currency is the Nigerian Naira (₦). We display prices in additional currencies (USD, GBP, EUR) for convenience using a recent exchange rate, but the final transaction is processed in the currency confirmed at checkout.
Pricing and availability. Prices, fabric stock, and design availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a price has been listed in error.
Taxes. Prices include applicable Nigerian Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes assessed at delivery.
Third-party processor. Payments are processed by licensed third-party gateways. By placing an order, you also agree to the terms of the relevant payment processor.
Order confirmation. An order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email or message. Until then, no contract has been formed.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand names (including GLOBAL, KARIS, K TEX where used by their respective owners), product photography, the “3DX Ankara Fabrics” name, and the website’s design and code are the property of 3DX Collections Fabrics or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, returns, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before placing an order. Fabrics that have been cut, washed, or altered are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business opportunity, or data, arising from your use of the service.

Slight variations in colour between on-screen images and physical fabric, and minor variations in width or pattern alignment that are normal for woven and printed textiles, do not constitute a defect.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to public-holiday traffic, port congestion, customs inspections, power outages, internet downtime, civil disturbances, and acts of God.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred first to good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
