Shipping Policy

We dispatch all orders from our shop at 12, Olaleye New Town, Iganmu, Ijora, Lagos. This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, what it costs, and how to track your fabric on its way to you.
1. Delivery Zones
- Lagos Mainland & Island. Same-day or next-day dispatch through our local logistics partners.
- Nigeria nationwide. All 36 states and the FCT, delivered through GIG Logistics, DHL Domestic, or our trusted interstate transporters.
- International. West Africa (ECOWAS), the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, and the UAE through DHL Express and FedEx International.
2. Lead Times
Orders are usually cut, quality-checked, and packed within 1 to 2 business days. The delivery times below are estimates from the date of dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Lagos Island & Mainland: 1 – 2 business days
- Other states in Nigeria: 2 – 5 business days
- ECOWAS countries: 5 – 10 business days
- UK, Europe, USA, Canada, UAE: 5 – 12 business days
Wholesale and bulk orders may take an additional 1 – 3 business days to prepare. Delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
- Free delivery within Nigeria on all orders over ₦50,000.
- Flat domestic rate of ₦2,500 for orders below the free-shipping threshold.
- International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen carrier service.
When viewing the site in another currency, shipping rates and the free-shipping threshold are converted to that currency for display, but the final settlement is in the currency confirmed at checkout.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside Nigeria, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, VAT, and local handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering.
5. Tracking
As soon as your fabric leaves our shop, we will email or WhatsApp you a tracking number with a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also follow up with our team using your order reference at any time.
6. In-Store Pickup
Customers in Lagos may pick up online orders in person from our shop at 12, Olaleye New Town, Iganmu, Ijora, Mon – Sat between 8:00am and 7:00pm. Select “In-store pickup” at checkout where available, and we will message you when your order is ready.
7. Failed or Refused Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct — couriers will contact you on the number provided. If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect, the recipient was unreachable, or the parcel was refused, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment, and any additional courier charges will be payable before the parcel is sent again.
8. Issues with Delivery
If your fabric does not arrive within the estimated time, or arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery so we can investigate with the carrier. Our Refund Policy explains how returns and replacements for damaged or wrong items are handled.
